We booked your resort for the 3rd time since 2023. Every time we face the same sound system problem. As you know, we conduct meditation for our group of people who came all the way long to meditate and heard a few spiritual words from our teachers. one day before at the event our team members already informed you about the sound system problem. At the time of the event we were facing the same problem and ruined our experience. The staff is not attentive to address the problem. You should improve this service as we are paying all charges and not ruined customers experience.
Since, our group session was booked well in advance and also it was arranged for the third consecutive time at this resort, even after informing and requesting the management, we face many technical challenges during our session. For our smooth operation we insisted management, yet none of the management personnel looked into it. Requesting the management to kindly acknowledge such issues or challenges faced by the visitors or anyone in this case using their facility premises. Thank you.
“I had a very disappointing experience at this resort. The sound system was not working, and despite calling the staff several times, no one came to fix the issue or offer any assistance. The lack of responsiveness from the staff was frustrating and unprofessional. This completely ruined our experience, and I would not recommend this resort to anyone expecting good service.”
The staff at the resort was not helpful. Sound system was not working properly. Due to which frequent interruptions happened. In spite of informing about the same, the staff deliberately ignored our request. They need to work on this issue.
