These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) outline the rules and regulations governing your use of our website (the “Service”) and the booking of accommodations offered by our partners (collectively, “Accommodations”), including farm stays, resorts, and villas.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you may not access or use the Service. These Terms apply to all users of the Service, including, without limitation, users who are browsers, vendors, and/or contributors of content.  

2. Use of the Service

  • You may use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
    • In any way that violates any applicable law or regulation. 
       
    • For any unauthorized or illegal purpose, such as infringing on the intellectual property rights of others.
    • To transmit any harmful or malicious code, such as viruses or worms.
    • To interfere with or disrupt the Service or any servers or networks connected to the Service.
    • To impersonate any person or entity, or to falsely state or otherwise misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity.

3. Booking Accommodations

  • KarjatStay.com is a platform that connects you with our partners who offer Accommodations.
  • You acknowledge that KarjatStay.com is not a travel agency and does not own or operate any of the Accommodations.
  • When you make a reservation through the Service, you are entering into a direct contractual relationship with the Accommodation Provider.
  • You agree to be responsible for all charges associated with your reservation, including any applicable taxes and fees.
  • The Accommodation Provider’s cancellation policy, including any fees that may apply, will govern cancellations. Please refer to the specific cancellation policy of the Accommodation Provider during the booking process.

4. Content

  • The Service contains content owned by KarjatStay.com and its licensors. This content is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
  • You agree not to modify, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works of any content on the Service without the express written permission of KarjatStay.com. 
     

5. User Accounts

  • You may create an account on the Service to access certain features.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information, including your password.
  • You are also responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
     
  • You agree to notify KarjatStay.com immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other security breach.

  • KarjatStay.com disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

  • KarjatStay.com does not warrant that the results obtained through the use of the Service will be accurate or reliable.
  • You acknowledge and agree that any reliance on any information obtained through the Service is at your own risk.

  • You may terminate your use of the Service at any time.
  • Upon termination of your access to the Service, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
