Stayed at Pratiksha Farmhouse and loved every moment! The serene surroundings, clean and cozy rooms, and warm hospitality made it a perfect getaway. Fresh, home-cooked meals were a highlight. Ideal for relaxation and reconnecting with nature. Highly recommend! ★★★★★

The nearest railway station is Bhivpuri Road (just one station away from Karjat Railway Station) and is only 15 minutes walk from the railway station.. However you can also reach by road.. It is well connected from Mumbai and Pune City..

Usually i dnt have habbit to write reviews... Bt time i really want to share my personal experience. The pool is very very small nd not even clean, music sound was very loud and eritaing... Rooms are ok ok... Indoor games are not in good condition as sbown in the picture 🤷‍♀️ about food- breakfast was ok, lunch amd dinner was very tasteless, quality of food is not Good.. I ate veg food and i smell like non veg gravy smell in veg curries not 3even feel like to eat curries... Wastage of money

Pratiksha farms is located at hardly 10mins walking distance from Bhivpuri station.
Rooms: The rooms were spacious however we found a lizard in our room. The front door and bathroom door have space through which any outside person can see everything.
Service: Not enough water bottles were made available for a group of 7 people. They have their own alcohol shop where they charge extra money for vodka and whisky.
The swimming pool was not clean. The taste of the food was ok.
Overall experience was not so good because after reaching there we had to make arrangements for water and everything getting less time to enjoy.

PROS- The caretaker is an amazing guy. Breakfast and lunch served is certainly good. Games and lawns for cricket are good facilities for group gathering/ picnics.🧺 The swimming pool was OK.
CONS- The room for 6 person accommodation offered was congested with 2 double beds to be adjusted with 3 people each which was unexpected and no refund adjustment was done. It was also with only one bathroom + Commode.
Revisiting doesn't make sense if room service remains this way.

Good lawn area, Big and small rooms, Games area (TT, Carom), Cricket and Badminton facility to play, Water Shower facility, separate.8, small size swimming tank for elders and small for children, Reasonable rates, Accessible to Bhivpuri Road Railway Station, Property is good for small family or group visit. Nearby location Dhom lake to view. Overall Stay Experience was good and recommended.
