3. 4 BHK Villa:
- Details:
- Spacious villa with 4 rooms, a hall, and a terrace.
- Each room has a king-size bed (fits 3 people), with additional mattresses for 10-12 people in the AC hall.

- Price: ₹2200 per head.
4. Non-AC Cottages:

The place was ok type. Property is good but not maintained. Swimming pool was not clean so didn't used it. Property was huge. Rooms were not very clean. Toilets were not clean. Floors were slippery. Though they provided clean bedsheets and towels. Food was tasty but spicy and oily. They had carrom board, cricket kit, badminton kit. We enjoyed playing carrom and cricket afterany years. We stayed in a villa. Villa was good enough. Room sizes were good enough. Caretaker Rahul was very helpful person. All staff was helpful. Road to the property was very difficult and bumpy. We were accompanied with two old ladies so Rahul made a way for our cars till back door of villa. Front of the villa had 11 steps which was difficult for mother to climb. Back door of the villa had only one step . They also took care of food of old ladies by serving food in villa.
To sum up a request to the owner of the farm house,"you have very huge land parcel please maintain it. People come to enjoy and cleanliness is the most important thing. Please take care of cleanliness and renovation of washrooms ."

The farmhouse in Karjat offers a peaceful escape from city life, surrounded by lush greenery and serene landscapes. It's an ideal spot for a weekend getaway or a quiet retreat, with well-maintained facilities and a cozy, homely atmosphere. The property often includes amenities like a private pool, spacious outdoor areas, and comfortable rooms. Karjat’s natural beauty enhances the experience, making it perfect for relaxation and rejuvenation. Overall, it’s a great choice for those looking to unwind in a tranquil setting.
It was super fun-filled time at Madhura's farm. Clean surroundings, lots of greenery, a mini waterfall, neat and clean cottages, good food. We stayed in Lotus Villa and it was totally worth it. Service was always available like hot water to drink, extra beds, entertainment and so much more. Overall a very pleasant stay away from the hustle bustle. While returning, on our request the Manager helped us by arranging Taxi too.
