I recently booked 2 rooms for ₹10,000 with meals included at your resort. However, my experience with the food service was extremely disappointing.
At the time of booking, no one informed us about the lunch timing. Since the resort is far from the station, we arrived late and unfortunately missed lunch. Despite this, the staff did not make any effort to arrange or compensate for the missed meal.
Later, we were served high tea, but it was very disappointing. The bhajias were not good in taste and were even served without chutney, which shows poor service standards.
At dinner, the situation became worse. The non-veg chicken was raw, and the rotis were extremely thin and dry like papad and did not seem fresh. I immediately complained to the staff and they also saw the issue themselves, but no action was taken and nothing was rearranged for us.
Overall, the meal service was extremely poor and the money paid for meals was completely wasted. I request you to look into this matter and provide a suitable resolution.
