Happy to visit Sai Krupa Farm, rooms, pool and overall cleanliness was very good, Food and Service was excellent, Want to mention the caretaker Jayesh was so humble and prompt, very calm and quite atmosphere, Twice visited since last year, would suggest my friends and relatives. The experience of dealing with the staff was worse. We were going to visit the villa this weekend. We were 3 ppl(Girls). The concerned person Mr.Manoj did not think it was important to mention that we will be sharing the villa with another family untill today. I asked him from my side as one of my friends told me to confirm it once,only then we got to know that we will be sharing it with other family. When confronted, Mr.Manoj started raising his voice and giving vague explanations. He refunded the booking amount but now we have no place to go and on the weekend! Please have a clear cut conversation before booking this place and ask as many questions as possible because apparently they won't give any crucial information like you sharing the villa with someone because they think that it is cnot importantto do so!!

The farmhouse was not good for family picnic. swimming pool was very small. No arrangement for kids in swimming pool as well as in playing area. The actual farmhouse and Google pics are very different. Bedrooms and washroom are not clean. Hygiene level is very poor. Food is ok. The main thing is that the owner was very rude with us. He threated us for money. He asking more money from us instead of we decided prior booking. My suggestion is not to visit dirty place and people like this.
